Baked Pineapple Pudding

Baked Pineapple Pudding recipe

Ingredients:                                          baked pineapple pudding recipe

5 slices of bread.
¾ cup of butter.
2 medium eggs.
1 large can of crushed pineapple.
½ cup of sugar.
2 tablespoons of flour.
Pinch of salt.


Cut the slices of bread into cubes, then fry in the butter until crisp.

Mix together all of the ingredients and put in a greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
