Maple Corn Pudding recipe
Enjoy a sweet corn pudding made with the spring season in mind; maple syrup adds just a touch of caramelized sweetness.
2 cups corn
¾ cup whole milk
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1) Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a small casserole dish.
2) Combine all ingredients in a bowl; whisk vigorously to blend. Pour mixture into prepared dish. Bake until pudding is golden and set in the middle, about 30 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
