Yorkshire Pudding recipe
Yorkshire pudding is some semblance of buns, which has a crispy crust and soft filling, salty taste. English Yorkshire pudding is usually served with roast beef and steak as a main dish. In most Yorkshire is usually served before the main dishes.
1 cup flour
1 cup whole milk
½ teaspoon of salt
Roast beef drippings
Put flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle, add the egg, stir until the two are combined then start gradually adding the milk and water combining as you go.
Blend until until it’s all mixed to obtain homogeneous mass.
Add half a teaspoon of salt and Leave for few minutes.
Put beef dripping into Yorkshire pudding tins or into one large tin but don’t use too much fat.
Put roasting tin or pud tin in oven with fat or oil in the bottom. Heat till smoking.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR UNTIL COOKED.
Give the batter a final stir and pour into the tin or tins.
Place in hot oven until puffy and golden – bake 15 to 20 minutes. Eat.
